Faith Sidenko’s experience is in management and governance of IT. Over the years, she has led teams towards full Service Management and IT Governance implementation in various organizations, participated in numerous Business Transformation initiatives, and implementations of processes improvements, including building organizational structures (PMO, SMO, BRMO, QMO, AMO), and balanced scorecards. As an accredited instructor, I have trained hundreds of students in my client’s organizations and in public courses in ITIL, CobiT, TIPA, Business Relationship Management, ISO 20000, Project Management and other disciplines.
