Chen has created a professional trading team which he directly supervises and foresees. Directing and Management (Director, CTO/CEO): As founder, director and CEO of a private firm, Chen strives to establish a working organization. Incrementally, he first created an R&D department, then customer support group and recently a trading and investment unit.
